The biggest update, that our users have already implemented or noticed, is that you can show one tenant's all rooms costs on one invoice, but with separate rows. In addition to this update, we did some smaller, but important changes. 

Utility invoices

Until now you could generate utility invoices two different ways:

 1. One tenant's different rooms utility costs are made into separate invoices (one per room).
 2. One tenant's different rooms utility costs are summed up and shown on one invoice.

We added third option, where:
 3. One tenant's different rooms utility costs are on one invoice, but rooms are separated.


It gives flexibility for generating invoices and adds better analytics abilities, because now we link every cost on an invoice with the room.

All the tenants invoice settings can be changed in CRM on every contact separately. If you feel, that you need additional help or advice, don't hesitate to write help@hausing.ee.


Preventive maintenance and devices

  • You can link devices with current tasks, so the person who is responsible can have the information on what device needs their attention. 

  • You can create a work order from a preventive maintenance action. For example, you have a scheduled maintenance coming up and the technician discovers that some device's part needs a replacement, then you can make it into a regular work order.

  • Preventive maintenance tasks are now visible to tenant users. It gives a great opportunity to remind your tenants the maintenance tasks that are their responsibilities.

Other

  • We added fixed costs column to leases menu, so you could have a better overviewof all the costs related to a lease.

  • We removed max value requirement from CPI indexation rule. You can of course add it, but if you don't have a max value, then it's not mandatory.  

  • Improved room names sorting - we consider different letter and number combinations now.

  • In current work orders view you have a button for turning incoming tasks on and off. By default it's now always on, so that incoming tasks would be more visible and not forgotten.
