The Challenge

In 2023, Tulevara began developing and implementing a new property management framework. Managing a portfolio of over 60,000 square meters, they needed an advanced system to streamline operations, including urgent repairs, routine maintenance, lease oversight, and invoicing.

Markus explained that he still strongly believes in Microsoft products and for some processes they are using Excel spreadsheets. However he is increasingly looking towards ways they can use specialised software to make their processes more efficient.
"Property management has additional depth to it, so a specific platform for this use case was the best option for us," explained Markus.

The Next Step

IoT solutions combine hardware (like sensors and devices), software, connectivity, and data processing to create real-time insights or automate processes.

They wanted their meter readings to be automatically integrated into Hausing's system to reduce manual tasks. In spring 2024, Hausing introduced an integration with Calidity, automating meter readings and eliminating much of the manual work previously involved.
