2017
Hausing started as a residential building management software, where you could store all the data that's needed to run a residential building.
2020
While resolving the problems of managing the residential buildings we understood that there is a much bigger problem in commercial real estate management and the new Hausing was born.
While pivoting to commercial real estate we also kept supporting the residential building management and today we have customers from both segments.
2025
Hausing is reinventing how real estate owners and property managers run their portfolios.
€8 million worth of invoices sent monthly and over 80 000 maintenance tickets created and managed on Hausing yearly.
Hausing is available in English, Estonian, Finnish, Swedish and Latvian.
